During the presentation, you may encounter questions from a single or several audience members that may be difficult to answer. The most important thing to remember is not to take it personally. They are not trying to challenge you, but instead may be questioning the material.

The least confrontational way to deal with these types of learners and questions is to answer each one as briefly as possible. Will the material be covered later in the presentation? If so, tell the audience member that you will get to the answer later.
