Well before your presentation, ensure you have access to the following equipment:

• Laptop or computer with Microsoft PowerPoint installed. Download your presentation to your computer before the presentation, and test it to ensure it works.
• Projector
• Screen: Some facilities will have a screen where you can show your presentation. Others may simply have a blank wall.
• Talk to the facilities manager beforehand to ensure they have the equipment you need to give the presentation.
