Facial Expressions

Even without meaning to, the facial expressions you use during your presentation could give the wrong impression.

Here are expressions to avoid:

Frowning: this tells the audience you’re not happy with what you’re saying

Pursing lips: this shows anger or frustration

Squinting eyes: this shows skepticism

Raising your eyebrows: this shows disbelief or surprise

Wrinkling your forehead: this shows anger or skepticism

Biting lips: this tells your audience that you’re not confident
