Finally, make sure you move around the room whenever possible during the presentation. Don’t stand behind the podium the entire time. Moving makes you seem more accessible to audience members.

When you do move, however, be careful not to get too close to audience members so that you’re in their personal space. This can make them feel uncomfortable.
