All participant handouts will be downloadable from the Communities of Practice Portal. Print a copy for each participant plus a few extra in case more people show up.

Many sponsors will provide pencils and notepads for audience members. When making room set-up arrangements, request that pencils and notepads be provided too.

If available, hand out business cards with your contact information on them. This way, participants can contact you if they have questions. Be sure to tell participants your preferred method of contact: e-mail or phone.

For the “Prescription for Disaster: How Teens Abuse Medicine” presentation, encourage audience members to download the Prescription for Disaster Pill Booklet on the Get Smart About Drugs website as a reference document.
