Posture

First, a good physical presence begins with good posture. Stand straight with your shoulders back and your head centered above your body. This position tells your audience that you are confident with what you’re saying and it gives you more credibility as a presenter.

While it may be more comfortable, don’t slump or lean against a wall or the podium. Slumping especially gives the impression that you are unsure of yourself and what you’re saying.
